Who we are

This website is operated by Calandria Property Management, which is preparing to launch in Northeast Los Angeles. Questions about this policy: martin@calandriapropertymanagement.com.

What we collect through our forms

Launch updates sign-up. Email address (required), and optionally your name, neighborhood, and what you are interested in.

Property-owner inquiry form. This form is not open yet. When it opens, it will collect your name, email, property neighborhood, property type, and desired timeline (required), and your phone number (optional). Rent, furnishing, and unit details would be collected later in follow-up, not on this form.

With each submission we also record the time, the page you submitted from (the page path only), and any campaign tags (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) that were in the link you used to reach the site.

Why we use it

Launch updates sign-ups are used to email you about Calandria's launch. Property-owner inquiries, once the form is open, will be used to respond to your request. Campaign tags tell us which links brought visitors to the site.

Where it goes

Form submissions are sent from the website's server to a Notion workspace controlled by Calandria. Launch updates sign-ups and property-owner inquiries are stored in separate Notion databases. Notion processes that data under its own terms and privacy policy.

This site is hosted by Whop. Whop serves the pages and records page-view and event analytics for the site. We send events such as "prelaunch_signup" and "lead_submitted" after a submission is saved, and we do not include your name, email, phone number, or property address in those events or in page addresses. Whop may collect additional technical information (such as IP address and device details) as the host; its own privacy policy covers that.

Campaign tags are held in your browser's session storage until you close the tab or browser, and are sent only with a form submission.

The site's fonts are served from the site itself, not from a third-party font service. We have not added advertising or ad-network tags to this site. [confirm: update this paragraph before any advertising is run]

If you call or email us, we receive the information you share, such as your phone number or email address, and use it to respond.

Payments and sensitive information

Please do not submit payments, deposits, screening fees, Social Security numbers, or financial account details through this site. It does not accept them.

Retention, access, and deletion
